WORST PLACE IN CANADA TOXIC DANGEROUS DO NOT WORK HERE READ THIS WEBSITE LISTED So Lear corporation ajax is very disorganized and toxic and unsafe, the thing is I worked there for about a year and worked at this lifting station called back build. So through the year I had a fight with three people and beat them up and management gave us crap for it like two months later, but anyway I was working at this lift station and randomly come to work one day and the machinery was lowered, so I asked what is this? Managers and union told me they adjusted it was safe, so I started working and the first day I get this pain in my left ear, thinking it was going to go away, then the second day I get a back pain, ear and foot pain, then I got this lump on my butt like the size of a marble then I knew managers and union lied about the safety. The managers and union also filled out incorrect information on my name and gave the incorrect information to WSIB, So I had to call WSIB myself and fill out my own paper form and get the form from WSIB specifically, and give WSIB correct information myself. So all by myself I called the hospital and went there, and told the hospital workers to notify the government that I had got this injury, and also called WSIB filled a report myself, then called ministry of labour and also reported to ministry, then I called the Labour board and reported to them, then when I was at doctors I called a cab to get there, and then I told them at the hospital and the doctor's office to notify the government!, so then days after that the company fired me! So now I was stuck with this bad injury , and so I called the Labour board and ministry of labour and told them what happened, then kept on going back to my doctor's office it's a great doctor, my doctor organized physiotherapy for me, and also gave me vitamin B12 injections, and I basically was recovering for like 4 years. So then after 4 years I still had occasional pain, and then 5 years into my recovery I was able to heal to a point where I was back to my old self! With limitations for life of course. So the government healthcare workers also helped me financially and I am able to maintain. What lear ajax company does is gross neglect! Look up the term and look up labour laws. Lear corporation ajax never follow labour safety laws. The place is toxic. I was able to get a job at a donut factory in GTA so have been there at the donut factory for like 3 years now and the donut place is safe. Also at lear corporation a lot of people had injuries and time off work and some never returned. So remember do not work for unsafe companies because it is not worth the risk to your health. Be smart and only work for safe companies, not for companies that lie about safety!

Worst place in Ontario if you get injured here at minimum wage then call WSIB right away ask for an injury form because the company does not have injury reporting correct! The WSIB phone is 4163441000 if you get injured call WSIB tell them what happened and ask for an injury reporting form from WSIB and fill it out yourself then call doctor or hospital and make sure you let WSIB know yourself because company does not report injuries correctly to WSIB and lies about safety of work to their employees! Don't work here! It's not worth the unsafe toxic environment! And since major losses all job opening you see here are fake the entire city of Toronto Oshawa Pickering ajax and Scarborough laughs at this company because managers are so dumb!
Most unsafe company ever low paycheck and if you get injured in this workplace you have to call doctor then call WSIB yourself then report to ministry of labor yourself nothing is ever done about safety except for many lies the management and union tells you because of this learn is the worst place in Ontario to work!

Horrible company low paycheck unsafe work and the company lies about safety to their employees. Everyone who work there is in some kind of pain, management and the company do absolutely nothing. It is the worst place in Ontario to work. They just use people for hard work. If you got a job permanently serving coffee to people for a living it is 10 times better than this company!
