I called to ask for information about the requirements for a loan application. The lady who answered the phone had a very strong accent and it was really hard to understand what she said. She spoke fast and the words I could understand didn't sound very professional words, such as,bank #stuff like that # .. Jesus. I would rather go and apply somewhere else .
