I had my annual eye doctor visit in March 2022.. New glasses were ordered for me back in March. Three months passed and the glasses are not ready yet. Heard so many stories about the delay The new manger said the girl who ordered them is no longer with them. Promised more than once that she will call me back to inform me with the status but never did. I had to call back twice It is June 2 today , three months past and my glasses are not ready. This service is very unacceptable. My eyes are getting worse after three months using reading glasses in front of the computer screen still waiting and waiting. I will not encourage anyone to visit this place
