Penn Auto Parts

I needed a particular set of spark plugs for my vehicle (AC-Delco 41-108), and got the following quotes:

Chevrolet dealer: $16/ plug (7 in stock)
Part Source: $21(!)/ plug (none on stock; special order takes 2-3 days)
Penn: $10/ plug

The store didn't have them in stock initially, but the salesperson indicated that they could be obtained in the store within 1-2 hours, tops.

I made a special request to have them have the plugs ready for pickup two days in advance (without deposit, mind you). Took my name and number down, without issue.

Arrived two days later, and my order was all set. Got the plugs, and off I went.

Not only do they have more reasonable prices (as per the other reviews) compared to the competition, but the service based on TRUST is top-notch, and well-deserving of my review here.

I will not hesitate to consider them again for my future purchases.

Penn Auto Parts is very reliable and honest, they took the extra help to assist me to figure out which part I needed, their price was affordable, they didn't try to rip me off like most shops would, they recommended a lower price item was save me money and the got me the parts sooner than expected. This is what customer service should be like, I will definately recommend my friends, Co-Workers and family to Penn Auto Parts.

most of the time when other stores dont have stock
they do or they get it within a couple hours, and great prices.
