Carrie Mattox: Allstate Insurance

"My grandfather taught me that being a good insurance agent involves understanding and caring for every customer who walks through the door. I’m proud to carry on his legacy in the community I was born and raised in. This has been a family-run business since 1983, and I was proud to take over and open the doors to my agency in 2008. Fun fact, in 2009, I won a trip to Alaska from Allstate in recognition of my service, and I took my grandfather with me. My staff and I strive to provide excellent customer service to all Allstate customers. We love Lynchburg and have a great deal of pride in being valuable members of the community. I welcome customers to call and ask us questions about auto and homeowners insurance. We would be happy to assist them. When I’m not working, I relish spending time with my husband and two children. We enjoy walks together, visiting local playgrounds, playing with our dachshund, Tank, and cheering on my favorite football team, the Pittsburgh Steelers. I also enjoy traveling. My favorite places, so far, include Alaska, Hawaii, the Grand Canyon and Jamaica – where we spent our honeymoon. I’m proud to operate my agency in my hometown.
