I have been dealing with this company since 1998 and have not been disappointed - ever!
They have lost 2 of their "key" members, one passed away and one moved to Florida, but have replaced them with enthusiastic able team members, that will be "future key members".
If their lines don't carry what you need, they will go the extra mile to find it for you from some sources, even if it is outside the NAPA organiztion.
Very, very pleased and will continue to buy from them.
