Manager of service dept learned customer service from a drill sergeant. Blame the customer, talk over the customer, contradict the customer.Scheduled appointment for simple tire install during Covid19 quarantine. Came at the scheduled time to be told to wait 2 hours as several were ahead of me. Why did YOU schedule this time!? Incompetent. Customer Service from service manager Sucks. Stay away. Zero Stars.

I tTook my car in Aug 19, 2019. Diagnosis: Need new Serpentine Belt.
Picked up my car next day, Inspection, Parts Labour $195.85 + tax. The mecanics forgot to reset the red lights on dashboard.
Took my car in again, to have the lights reset. Waste of my time, lost my car for another day!
On Aug 23, 2019, my car died again, towed it back to Can Tire at a cost of $244.
Turns out , their first diagnosis was wrong , it was not a belt problem , but I needed a new tensioner! Lost my car for another day. Parts and Labour $262.14. When I dared to complain to the manager, he interupted and wouldn't even let me finish,. The man doesn't speak to you, he barks! Rude.
in summary, these people are incompetent, unfriendly and rude. It was my first time there but I will never go back again!

this guys at ogilvie rd location do not care about what they quote the customer for repair statement. fail to notify you of going ahead with repairs without asking if you are ok with the new charge. well tough luck go to the counter find out about over charge tell them you dont agree with new charge because thats not what was agreed and signed for. good luck trying to get the service manager there to talk to you or return a call he was garunteed to return

At around 12:30 on 2008-06-08 I entered the store and, mindful of the numerous "Please leave all parcels at the courtesy (?) desk, I attempted to do so. One girl approached me and...served the guy behind me! Well, one idiot doesn't make a whole store so I waited and another clerk looked at me in the eyes, took one step towards me and...walked away! I followed his example.
