Omg I have been coming to your store forever. Lately for the last few months i ask myself why. The one behind customer service with the purple pink hair is so miserable and i wonder how she has a job because she has been there for a while. I come to get a soda stream replacement and she after i stood there for 7 minutes points to a till for me to go to. So i proceded to wrong till and she said i said that till. Total bull shit. Enough said

Had a great customer service moment in the auto service department this week was helped by the service mgr a nice young lady who took the time to explain things to me in detail and show me what my car needs with another young man in back, would recommend coming to this location I had a bad experience 6 months ago with manager in different part of store but we're all entitled to bad days glad I gave them another chance.

Cant believe that this store is still running. Nothing but rude staff and complaints. Do SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!! There's people in Hamilton probably needing work and they hire these rude people. Must be nice to get paid to be rude to customers. Managers don't care about these reviews and people. How does a store keep running like this? Wish i could give 0 stars to this place. Don't deserve half a star!!!

Went to this location on the instruction of another location to get a charger for my Motormaster Booster unit. Brought details of unit, even took a picture of the charger needed from the back of the unit and told the man working the auto desk what I needed. He was so rude and dismissive to the point of saying if you don't know what you want how can how am I supposed to. I tried to remain calm and once again go through it and trying to show him my info. Even another male customer spoke up and said I know what she is looking for you are so rude. I will never shop this location again. It was a perfect example of the type of customer service woman receive at the auto counters at CTC from rude men. A male customer found me what I needed no problem on the shelf and after thinking about my treatment I returned it the next day thinking why should I give my money to this store

I had very helpful service at this store and I will NOT be going to ANY other Canadian Tire. Everyone who works here is very helpful and considerate. I got directed to the correct location of the product I was looking for and was pleased with the service provided.

This store is new with great selection but their service time after time is terrible. I had to interrupt several conversations between employees to get service .. I asked where a product was and was told "somewhere over there" pointing to a direction . Wake up people customer service matters and if you don't provide it your business will be hurt, competition is fierce won't ever return to this location

Was yelled at by an associate who clearly confused me with another customer. He scolded me for telling me something that I already should have known (regarding stock status) because he'd already spoken to me and my husband.
I was in the store alone, let alone do I have a husband.
Talked to the manager about it as a follow up, but he basically responded, "yes, that would be terrible." Would be? Requested follow up after Gary (the associate) was spoken to and that never happened. Wasted my time with BBB because they said that since I only really wanted an apology, they didn't need to pursue it as a formal complaint.
So what you need to know is that Gary, department manager, is rude, condescending, ignorant, and arrogant. And apparently management is just fine with that.

Why does Canadian Tire not have a 1-800 parts number with staff on that answers your call and can tell you which store has it? I am actually calling and have pressed "1" 6 times already for a grand total of at least 12 minutes waiting for someone from parts to pick up. Ok 7 times now and no answer. Amazing I can call A&A parts and know within 30 seconds what they have. Ok 8 times lol. I will never buy another auto part from Canadian tire.. Ok 8 times now lol. Wow just answered. Part I was looking for in Michigan at Advanced Auto Parts is $55.99 here it is $103.99. Love being Canadian.

I would like to see more people at the cash register, service department and on the floor. There never seems to by anyone around when you need help and the lines at the registers are slow and long. I would recommend that the store policy include a policy that when there are more than 3 people waiting in line that another cash register open in order to accomodate the customers. This occurs almost everytime I shop at this store. Just a suggestion, otherwise, I like the new digs!!
