Graves Towing

This company sucks, call them at 8:30pm for a tow that advertises 24hrs, and get told they have no tows available tonight, when i ask why, get told they are out of hrs, so then i say so you don't work 24hrs, and she says no.

Five stars not as a customer but as a fellow driver on the 400. Not only was he driving safely but his flatbed was immaculate. Swept off. The entire truck and trailer was clean. No rocks or sand flying off that equipment. Nicely done! Other transport trucks, gravel trucks and flatbeds need to do the same.

Very nice employees that are very professional and are willing to help. They go above and beyond what is required by them!

I dealt with Graves towing for the first time today. Got there in 30 minutes and was able to get me out quite quickly. Really appreciate that Steve took the time to make sure that the car was OK. Would highly recommend to anyone

Nothing but the best from this company. Steve is the best he was there in 30 minutes. Got me out in 10 and couldn’t be happier.

The prices are outrageous from this company I called asked about a quote for a tow for a 3 minute drive down the road and was told $500 dollars so instead I went with classic towing and only payed $190 and had better surface.

5 star goes to Ryan tow truck driver he was cool easy to talk to social understanding great sense of humour.

I was in a collision this morning and my roadside dispatched Graves Towing to pick up my vehicle. I was told they would be about 45 minutes, but to my surprise they were there in 20 minutes, and the tow truck driver (Steve) called me to let me know he was on his way. When Steve arrvied is was super pleasent, and made sure I got all the information I needed, and got all my belongings out of my vehicle. After he hooked up my vehicle, he met me at the Collision Reporting Centre, and then took the vehicle to the body shop I requested. The entire time, Steve was great! He was happy, and funny, and just an overall great person to be around and have there to assist me. Thank you for sending me the best tow truck driver! Keep him around :)

I called this business today to have a service done, and not only did the Dispatcher put me on hold for over 20 minutes, but he hung up on me. I called back and he kept interrupting me while I was trying to ask a question.
He is one of the RUDEST people I have ever talked to.
If I could have given this business 0 stars, I would have!

My mothers car quit working in an RVH parking lot. The truck driver was great! Even helped push the car out of its space to load on the truck. He was friendly, fun and did his job very well.

This business is now being investigated for car theft through several car insurance companies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Once your car is hooked up to their truck, its likely delivered to a shipping container, and shipped overseas. Once theyve hooked your car up, say adios to ever seeing it again, or even getting the insurance payout you should.
I cannot wait to watch this company crash and burn.

Run as fast as you can away from this company. If you have an accident and they show up to "help you" they are not your friends. The will mislead you into believing that the other insurance company will pay for everything. But its not true. No fault insurance means that your insurance is the one that pays. Once they tow your car it goes to their "secure storage" fees at at crazy rates are being charged and you wont get your car back or taken to the repair place until they are have every last cent extracted from your insurance. They are also in league with Certified Car and Truck rental, the rental place will charge you 250$ if you try and turn the car in before your car is fixed and the cost for the rental is prob 2X that of a regular rental place.. Call your insurance claims dept. right from the accident. They will help you better.

Greg and the team at Graves are excellent! We have used them for years with my work and recommend them to all our customers. I was in a vehicle collision recently and experienced their service first hand. I was nothing but impressed with their promptness and professionalism.
