Engaging in the work of psychotherapy with my clients is for me a very special privilege and sacred trust. My mission is to provide a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment; an atmosphere of respect and compassion in which you get the help you need to face your personal challenges. I truly believe that people have the capacity to overcome challenges, heal and gain greater insight into their lives. I can help you through this process. We can work together to identify stressful feelings, increase insight and strengthen relationships.

Your treatment will always be tailored to your individual needs. My expertise is in applying approaches that are supported by research and clinical evidence on what works in psychotherapy. Some examples of my approaches are a mixture of psychodynamic, relational, CBT, mindfulness, DBT, and EMDR.
