We understand how important it is for you and your loved ones to feel confident.

Our Care workers are trained by Arisone in topics like Ethics, HIPAA, Clients Rights, Regulations, Reporting, Recording, Dementia, Courtesy and Appropriate Behavior and of course, in First Aid and CPR. They are subject for a full criminal background check, reference check and drug screen. We have zero tolerance to drugs including marijuana and we don´t accept smokers.

We strive to have as few care workers as possible to provide care for you. We want to avoid a "revolving door". We think it´s important for family members to be able to track the care of their loved ones and be a part of it. Therefore, we have developed an ability for family members to get access to the journal and review the daily notes made by our care workers and also get an alert when the service plan is updated. Family members are also able send messages directly to the care worker who provide care for your loved ones, through the journal.
