Although I appreciate anyone who comes and takes care of a messy job, these would not be the people I choose again. Thinking I was calling a main SM phone number I asked the receptionist if this was the same SM I used before. She confirmed it was. It was not. Because the last problem I had with this rental house was worse then this current one and cost me $ 800 I decided not to call insurance. When SM returned for the 4th time( previous disaster was cleaned up in two visits) I expressed my concern. Later upon receiving a 2700 bill I was communicating with Erik about how we might come to an agreement. He did remove the $700 in obvious errors but was not willing to take responsibility for the false information I received which prompted me to dismiss insurance, nor the excessive time. He replied that the other folks had not done the job properly however since the job was a year almost to the day I do not accept this argument. Erik himself was very courteous and I believe he was not making decisions.
