Purchased a battery this spring which was completely dead. Returned it the same day to get another battery that couldn't hold it's charge. Did not have receipt but supervisor was too lazy to look up on the computer. Was told without receipt he could not help me but will put it on charger to see it it holds its charge. Why would I do that if I was just told they wouldn't help without the receipt. Do not recommend batteries from Parts Source.

I went in initially to price replacement mats for my Honda CR-V. I decided to order the WeatherTech mats which were expensive but fit perfectly and were still considerably less expensive than the price quoted by Honda. They had to be ordered in and, when they arrived, the young man actually took them out to my vehicle and installed them for me. Now that's service!!!

First time customer. Store was busy and had to wait my turn, less then 5 minutes. Parts person gladly grabbed his OB2 code reader and connected it to my car. Told me what the check engine light was for for FREE!. Wrote up an estimate of parts needed and I was on my way. I was impressed.

I found that the staff were were intentive to the customers, with 5 employees on the counter with no other persons in the store, I was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance.
Would I have gotten better service if I was a male?
I had gone to that store to pickup oil, but had it been a car part, Iam not sure If i would have gone home with the right part or any part at all.
