Signature Mazda, Richmond Reviews (2)
I highly recommend professional Joe Muster who helped us easily transition from our 2008 Mazda 3 into a new 2016 Mazda 3 GS , if you are looking for a new vehicle. Joe went out of his way to help us painlessly lease our new car and we absolutely love it. Best thing we ever did! Hats off to you Joe Muster and also to Patrick in the finance department , both of you made this all possible
BEWARE! The mechanics there are dishonest. They'll try to rip you off especially as a female that do not know much about cars. They lied to be about my brake pads (that I needed to change them all the time for a couple hundred bucks, computer upgrade for my car for $60, etc...) I went to my private mechanic and told me that the brake pads could have gone for another 6 months, etc etc
I also received a promotional deal when I purchased the car with lifetime warranty on tires. As good as it sounded, they refused to give me my tired even though my tire treads we really low and unsafe (based on a couple mechanic's opinions). The so-called "mechanical advisor" said that you haven't reached your LEGAL limit yet so we can't change it. I had to personally pull out my contract to show him that my tire treads has reached that minimum. He finally talked to his other colleagues and decided to give me my new tires but not before asking me to bring my history sheet of my tires......
I have left them for a couple years and has gone to my private mechanic. I've been saving a lot of money and my car has been running great!!
