Rusty By Design

Company shoved all my jewelry items into a cheap baggie for shipping. Two items arrived broken. They said to file a claim with shipping company, who I know packaged what they provided well. Refused to refund money, only offered a $10 credit for future auction. Why would a buy from them again? What good is broken jewelry? Disappointing excuse for professionalism.

This is the absolute worst so called business ever! They are totally dishonest, unreliable, unprofessional, unorganized, to the point I feel like I am in the Twilight Zone each time I open an email from them with some lame excuse as to why they havent auctioned our merchandise that they picked up from us in JUNE!! Keesha is a straight up LIAR who does nothing she says she will do. I am dumbfounded by entire situation. A contract means nothing to them and they do not fullfil their end of it in any way! They dont pay you for your stuff, they dont return it, they dont auction it, they steal it from you! The owner, Shane has dodged me for months and wont return my calls. I cant express more to use a different auction company when selling or liquidating. Unless you want to give your stuff away for free I would definitely not use this company! It is a joke. I cant imagine how they call themselves a business. You will be more then disappointed if you attempt to do business with these people. Worst experience I have ever had! UNBELIEVABLE!

I was in a state of shock and grief after my husband,died. My house sold and I just wasn't up for a garage or estate sale and needed to act fairly quickly. This young man came to my home and offered me a pittance for my lifetime of belongings (some of them quite valuable.) I was distraught and agreed. Later I discovered that my merchandise was much more valuable than he led me to believe. True I did agree (shame on me.) but he was ruthless I can imagine that his employer loves him. My point is: beware!
