Canadian Tire

I was very impressed with the way this company's customer service reps, handled my concerns. I had traveled to many locations looking for a specific on sale item, and after many dissapointments, and complaints, we got the item.... The reps we very understanding, and went to great lengths to please me..(kept the store open just for me, to look in the back for the item). Great job! would have rated a 5 but after travelling to so many stores i had to take off a little :)
