Twice I've called, been put on hold and hung up after 10 minutes. I only wait that long because I throw them on speaker. It's worth calling another store and getting the info you need!

You call and stay in hold forever. They don't seem to put your call as any priority. Three times on hold for more than 10 minutes each hung up each time. Going to Napa at least they will come to the phone!!!

I was there to buy blower motor resistor, the punk that was helping me
Could not find the part, swore several times. He kept joking around with another employee. He called me bro and finally ask someone to help him after ten minutes. It was the worst service ever. I would have fired both those idiots. I will never go there again.
