boked appointment to get tires changed. Went downhill from there. They were unable to find my keys that I left in drop box. Got a call at 430 pm that it was ready to pick up, then got a call at 445 that it never went in because they didn't find keys. I asked if they called because I did have an appointment. He said no, and then was ignorant and said well what do you want to rebook or do it next day. I left it there as I needed it done. Next day I phoned and never got through to anyone , except when I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. Had to phone and get manager to go check if car was done.........
If you need service and this is only place open in Alberta then go there otherwise find a different place

Just wanted to buy a garden shed. After 2 seperate visits and leaving our name and number, they still couldn't figure out if they had 1 in stock in the box. I was told they didn't want to go into the back and look, didn't know where it might be, and could we come back again? Terrible service, terrible staff, why advertise and put a price on a display one if you don't want to sell it? Bad experience all round.
If you want awful service from stupid people and the worst managers who ever lived then head on over to the fort sask Canadian Tire! Worst Canadian Tire in Canada hands down. No stock, and no clue, some of the rudest employee's of all time... Shame on you all!
Those guys suck hard, i've been 3 time there and my only flat tire haven't been repaired yet and it's been three weeks. I just decided to change of compagny. I placed an order 3 days ago waiting for a rimm wich havent arrived yet and there telling me that my order havent been place. so yeah I really don't recommend you to go there
Terrible automotive experience, twice!
Power steering hose was the wrong size for my vehicle.
By the time I drove the vehicle home the hose came loose and leaked PS fluid all over my driveway.
Second encounter was when they replaced my rear tire. The very next day my front differential went. Co-incidence? Compensation? Not a chance.

Best service around fort! Open all days of the week, friendly people at the counter, it was great.
Very reasonable rates. Fast, friendly staff both in person and on the phone. Keep up the FANTASTIC service guys!!
After arising at 5 a.m. to drive to Fort Saskatchewan from the country for an 8 a.m. appointment to have a remote starter installed, we were not told until 2:30 p.m. that the technician had not come to work. We were only told because we pressed for information. Our car was held hostage while it snowed outside and soon became a life and death situation, whether we would be stranded. We finally got our car back at 5:45 p.m. After 10 hours of misery, we were told offhandedly, "Sorry"
