We are a martial arts studio for all ages and skill levels that specializes in Tae Kwon Do and Hap Ki Do. Often compared to Karate, Tae Kwon Do is a non-aggressive form of martial arts emphasizes self-defense, agility and speed, as well as discipline, along with mental and physical wellness. Hap Ki Do is a self-defense that, like Tae Kwon Do, originated in Korea, and similar to Jujitsu. This is a hybrid martial art form that involves joint manipulation, grappling, and defense against assailants with weapons. Our studio offers individual instruction, group classes, kids' classes, and more! We provide class options both with and without sparing are available depending on each visitor's individual comfort level.
