I have been without a working phone for 10 days. In this society that is a financial and social death,
There is a "known issue" with the Lg3 phone, it's a software issue. But policy and procedures set up to make drones of human beings has caused this t-mobile store to attempt to replace the hardware (phone) 3 times now. When did replacing hardware ever fix software... well never.
But the rotation of frustration continues.
The actual people at this location are nice... it's easy to teach nice and they have that down .
"I'm sorry for your inconvenience,"" I apologize for the inconvenience," "I understand your frustration", has become idle unbelievable chatter.
I still do not have a phone in my hand that allows me to continue doing business. I have interacted with over 20 representative, none of them with the authority to do anything. We are actively recycling the stupidity. Never will new hardware fix bad software.
Coorporate greed depends on this chaos, America needs to wake up. And employees of corporations like this need to realize that they are responsible and are being used to promote the fall of a great nation. Playing the fool is still playing a role.
