Felt ripped off when I did my oil service at this location.. Oil service package does NOT include oil filter?!! This is the first for me! I changed oil on my wife's 2008 VW rabbit here and nothing else. It totalled $122 and change. Oil change at the dealer is much cheaper and comes with peace of mind.. Besides, they were trying to sell so MANY other services..
Also They said the oil was syntactic and was good for 8,000 to 10,000kM but they gave a sticker for next service after 5000kM. Would never go back here!
Like I said VW dealers charge a lot less. Do your homework before going here for oil service..

Never go to this location. Went in for oil change. They broke the fan belt. Then they started YouTube to look up and learn how to fix it. Had to call the police because they left me and my 6 year old son stranded in a snow storm. My car is dead and sitting in their parking lot. On top of that, no manager on site. Had a run around with phone calls. When asked for everything to be put in writing. They refused.

i always go to this Mavis/burn location for oil changes.
they changed my serpentine belt few months ago and it snapped on me few months later.
instead of giving me pushback or blaming me....they replaced it for free, gave me free oil change and reimbursed me towing charges.
these guys are fantastic, specially their regional manager Harp.
i will strongly recommend this location.

Until the mid-seventies, most oil changes were still being done by service stations and car dealerships. But entrepreneur Cliff Giese of Edmonton, Alberta sensed an opportunity.
