I went to Jiffy lube for a simple oil change on my C240 Mercedes. I found the people there incompetent. I left there after a oil change with out them installing my dip stick. So I went back to complain. All I got was the runaround. I had to go to the dealership in Burlington and order a new dip stick. If you want a oil change please don't go there. Service SUCKS. They couldn't even remove oil filter without my assistance. I'm giving them a chance to get back to me. Until then I'm going to let the world know about this.
