Impact Frame Alignment & Mech

Took my car there to get the frame straightened, was not an insurance job. Was told he could get it on the rack within in two weeks, two weeks turned into a year of me calling every week to be told next week we'll get it done. After hearing every excuse in the book, i finally got fed up and pulled the car out of there. Might be better service on an insurance job, could have just been honest with me and not wasted a year of my time.
