I had a basement door and three windows installed. They are all great quality but the professionalism and quality of the install was the best part. I had a tricky size door so it took a bit to get it in but worth the wait. They installers were so quick, very clean and really were great craftsmen. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I replaced all of the windows and a sliding glass door through Panorama windows and doors a decade ago. This week one of the security widgets on a window broke. True to their lifetime warranty promise, Panorama resolved the issue free of charge. Alex came out the same day I called, and was friendly and professional. I am still happy with the windows after all these time, and I am glad I chose Panorama windows and doors

Thank you for all your helpful information and advice when choosing my new front door!! Especially Otto who was friendly and patient with my many questions until arriving at a final decision. The install went exactly as planned. The installer was right on time, professional, and did an absolutely great job and cleaned the work site with his own dust pan and broom. We had Panorama Window & Door replace two sets of doors. The salesperson who visited us was friendly and helpful. He listen to all of our questions and helped us pick the product that would work best for us. The quality of the product is great! The doors are solid, and feel very well constructed. The workers who installed the doors were professional and did high quality work. They made sure we were happy with what was done before they left. We are very pleased with the project we did with Panorama Window & Door!

After having quotes from 3 other companies this team of professionals came in and took the time to go over everything and answer all questions we had. Very professional from the first visit! They installed all 7 windows in under a day, cleaned up after themselves and walked us through the proper maintenance of the windows. I’m so happy with the results, they look beautiful and more importantly they are all energy star rated. I now have no drafts from my windows! I highly recommend Panorama Windows and doors! Great warranty as well! I can’t say enough good about them. I will be using them again to replace my doors!

Well, I'm not sure these details won't be excessive but it is important to know my situation. I am rebuilding my credit and act very accurate towards my house refinance in September. Yes I want to replace my windows but the reason I called in few window companies was shuttered glass in the sliding door. It was emergency. I signed with panorama on spot because they bring to install the new door tomorrow, the very next day for free and rest of the house they will do in September or October upon refinance. I have never expected this high level of service. The highest! What a dedication. I am simply proud to know these guys. Thank you Remi, Val and the crew. Looking forward to see you in fall!

I want to share my experience which is one of a kind. My son with ADHD find peace with drums in the basement. He's drumming nonstop. I love this sound, it fills up all my life. My neighbors doesn't. They suffer. I had police visited me on different occasions, municipality, other institutions... I needed soundproofing! I never knew there's a solution of this kind. I thought I need a mason to cover my windows. Panorama offered a fused glass sound insulation! They came across in my life upon exhaustion, we thought to sell the house and to move to the woods... To be totally honest I took their offer because we needed to sell the house and our windows had grilles separated and fall between the glass... Guys. Girls. What a surprise! With their windows installed I hear virtually nothing from the street. I am crying from being happy. We don't need to move. Who could possibly think that the windows were missing in our life. Thank you Panorama, you are The Best window company in town. Thank you!
