Louis is a life saver, literally. We had trouble with a bat who just refused to go out once he came inside the house. The poor guy flew in unknowingly but that was enough to freak out my kids. We contacted Louis and the response was super quick and highly unexpected. He came in, went about his job in a professional manner, and got rid of the bat.
