I was exceptionally well treated by Dianne and JR. At a time of great stress, they were very understanding and patient. I was politely shown a couple of options regarding size of storage unit then was taken through the paperwork process prior to my items being moved into storage. They made a sometimes stressful situation very smooth.

Great customer service. I had an issue with the gate code after paying, apparently a system error so I couldn't move my stuff as planned.
But they made up for it and gave me a generous credit to use for the following month

Dianne was super helpful. Made renting a storage fast and easy. Great price for the space. Very happy with my experience.

Today we left the units from the promotional price. The workers there are incredibly respectful and although we only stayed a month to avoid the regular rates, these people went way out of their way in kindness and making sure our needs were taken care of. I'm happy!

Went in for moving supplies and these folks had everything I needed. Although their prices were higher than the nearby hardware store, as soon as I mentioned that, they offered me a 25% discount. An employee even helped me carry all my purchases to my car.

The service was fast and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me to find the right space for me, and have always been there when I needed there and the security is great.

We used the storage locker as a temporary store during moving. All contact with the office was very helpful. We were able to access the unit after office hours the first time. They left the padlock inside the unit for us and gave us instructions how to get in. There were multiple dollies and an elevator to help us get to the unit

I recently used Sentinel Storage and had an amazing experience. The service was top-notch, and Andrea, the manager, did an exceptional job taking care of my needs. The facility offers elevator access, a large bay door for easy truck access, and plenty of carts to transport items efficiently. The freight elevator made moving everything to the second floor effortless.

The storage unit itself is very spacious, with a height of over 12 feet, allowing for easy stacking. Security is excellent, with a pin lock system for entry and exit, and the facility is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Andrea even provided a free lock for my unit, which was a nice touch.

I highly recommend Sentinel Storage for anyone looking for a secure, well-managed storage solution. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with the service.

The McKenzie location was the easiest one for me to be signed on especially as a first time renter. All options and little perks were made available to make my move in smooth. I would definitely recommend this site. 10/10 for customer service as well.

I would just like to comment about the fantastic service by Franklin at this location. He was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He even stayed late just for us as we arrived just before closing. You need to hire more people like Franklin. Thank you very much for your service.

I had a fantastic experience with Sentinel. The store manager Andrea, was an absolute delight to work with. Her professionalism and helpfulness made me feel incredibly comfortable using the facility. Andrea patiently answered all my questions and provided thorough information, ensuring I had everything I needed. Additionally, the offer of the first 4 weeks free and the flexibility of not being tied to a contracted amount of time were huge bonuses. Without a doubt, I would choose this location again for any storage needs in the future.

We stored our whole household there for 7 months while moving back to Alberta. Best service I have had in a long time. Andrea was so helpful all the time. The unit was clean and climate controlled.

Andrea, Oliver and all the staff at this location are top notch! They go above and beyond. We used the indoor storage, as well as the drive up units in the winter months and would recommend both. They were extremely clean, with very high ceilings to maximum space. Very easy access off of Deerfoot.
