We had a great experience with Ottawa Regional Towing. They arrived quickly and the driver, Andrew, figured out our problem very quickly. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and saved the day for us! Thank you again Andrew! I would highly recommend this company.

This is a great company to help you when your luck goes bad. They arrived at the scene of my collision within a few minutes with two trucks. The driver (Patrick) went way beyond the work required. Bought me coffee on the way to the police collision center, got me the collision form and a pen, waited patiently for over an hour while I made the report, waited happily while I filed a claim with the insurance company, then drove to CarStar. The tow operator went out of his way to look after me and make the best of a lousy situation. The towing fee was fair and the service was fast, friendly, helpful, fair and exceptional!!! I was really impressed.

I got into a car accident in Ottawa, and Ottawa regional had me taken care of as i didn't know what the process was.
They instructed me on how to get a police report, and even had rental car set up for me and ready to go.
Best of all, all of this was covered under my insurance... Made a crappy day, somewhat better! Thanks Sam!!

Excellent service. They were quick and had my classic strapped on perfectly. Driver was very friendly and experienced.
