Carmel Car Wash

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! I had my car washed at the Roanoke, Tx location & my car was scratched, down to the paint! I went back & "tried" to talk to the manager & he refused to believe my car was damaged at his location! Not only was he rude, arms crossed, I had to stand there while 6 of his employees were gathered around & laughing! I asked for his insurance information & he says "we don't use insurance, we pay everything out of pocket". REALLY! So you basically just admitted cars get damaged here.....you just don't claim it on your insurance! I felt the machine hit my car & heard it.....it was during the tire cleaning process! Very unprofessional! I will NEVER GO BACK! And I will continue this fight until someone in corporate listens!
