Over the last 5 years myself, friends and family have purchased a total of 11 cars from Yongeside Motors, and as we need any others this will be the only dealer we will shop at! For a good used cert. , etested car on a budget look no further.

EXTREMELY terrible place. Purchased my car, next day it was over heating which they fixed since it was part of "30 day warranty", then the check engine light came on which they claimed they fixed but in reality only patched up the problem and it came right back a few days later which so happens to be right after the 30 day warranty expiry. When I messaged them about it, they simply stated "Oh well" without even trying to find out if it was his problem. When confronted, they did attempt to fix once again while sending inappropriate comments via text which are none of his business at all. I have been nothing but respectful to these people, and this level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable.

I've always been weary about purchasing from a dealership of any sort because they always have the upper-hand. I have to say that after coming here, my fears have subsided. I was treated as though I was an old friend of the family. I would definitely go back and I would definitely recommend Youngside Motors to anyone searching for a car.

An excellent buying experience all around. Clean used cars presented and advertised properly. At Yongeside motors, I think this is due largely to the patient, knowledgeable and supportive approach of the father and son team who seem to have been doing this forever. I have stopped by on several occasions over the past few years without buying. They have always remained respectful and informative. I think the current guidelines and regulations provided by the UCDA now also help to make the whole process more comfortable for both the seller and the buyer. Greater confidence is inevitable when you have the feeling throughout that their goals are the same as yours: to get you into a car that may be far from new but still well screened for major problems and appropriate to your needs, with clear disclosure when this is not the case. From a philosophical point of view, the environmental sustainability of this approach is obvious. Just compare it to the pressure and glitz often apparent around the magic carpet of new car manufacture and sales.

I am so Thankful for Yongeside as they helped me get the van i need at the price i could afford, Helped me get on the road fast. I would send friends and family to them becouse i know they would get the same great service that i recived from them.

Al and Paul were a pleasure to deal with. This is our third car from them. I had a small problem at first, but they fixed it right away. I always send people to see them.

I had paid for a car and was told that a certain fault would be fixed before I picked up the car. After test driving the car I noticed that the fault wasstill there and had actually gotten worse. I went in to speak to one of the men and he replied with 'what do you want me to do?'. I wasactually quite taken aback and simply responded with 'fix it' to which he replied that he had no time.

I was shocked at how rude he had became as soon as the sale was completed.

I calmly told him that he promised that the problem would be fixed and he said that he did fix it (which is obviously a lie since the test drive proved otherwise). He was extremely rude, swore multiple times and even got in my father's face.

I was just flabbergasted as to why he was so angry and upset over such simple questions.

His father decided to take us on a test drive to see what the problem was and pretended the entire time that he did not hear the noises that the car was making. He must have been hard of hearing! He then preceded to tell my dad to shutup twice while in the car.

By this time me and my dad had had enough and we told them we wanted a refund. The man threatened us by saying we could only get a refund if he sold the car; but his son insisted that he 'give us the f**kin refund as he could get more money for the car.'

The son complained that we worked him so hard and that we were still complaining, at this I was confused and asked him what we had done to make him 'work so hard' to which he stated that we negotiated too much. HA! If a car salesman is complaining about the negotiation process than he is obviously in the wrong field.

The father/son duo also proceeded to belittle and curse about us to other customers that walked into the dealership.

Through out all of this my father and I stayed quiet or only spoke up to ask questions and correct them in their lies.

The son also made certain comments and referred to me and my father as 'you people' which truly made me feel as if he had something against south asian people.

I am still shocked about the entire ordeal and can only thank God that I got my refund before I completely lost my money and time to these fools.

God help anyone that steps foot into this place. The men are truly despicable and disgusting individuals.

All of this never happened. Customer still wanted a better "Deal" upon delivery of the car. We did nothing wrong. All lies. You should be ashamed.
