Warranty Auto Sales Ltd

I was in desperate need of a family van ever since the past 2 weeks especially now that the winter storm had hit us. I have 5 children and required something that was reliable and perfect for my entire family. I could not stress enough how pleased I am with the service and help I have received from the boys at Warranty! They helped find me a Toyota Sienna that was good for my family of 7. They even got me a great deal on snow tires. Really want to thank them.

**Warranty Auto consistently removes this review from their website, and all other honest reviews like mine. Their "good" reviews are fake, they all sound the same, right??? Pathetic! This is my experience with Warranty Auto. In the winter of 2018, I inquired about a Honda Element which I saw on the lot, but not advertised on their website. (first red flag of many)The owner quoted me a price in the $9000 range and said it comes with "snows". May 2018, I went to test drive the car and take it to my mechanic. Kevin (sales manager) said, "no, we do necessary repairs, if needed, here." As we were moving forward with the purchase, I asked about the current tires on the car. Looked like they had good tread, how-ever Kevin said he didn't know much about tires. Imagine that coming from a used car salesman? He neglected to tell me they were summer tires. He knew that, but never mentioned the "snows" that Jerry had. I asked about a tune up, fluids flushed, etc...things that a reputable and honest dealer would do. Kevin said those will be done.Their bogus ad states: "Each vehicle comes with a written one year warranty, completely certified, fully maintained, detailed and emission-tested". BS!!!! They gave me a car, AS IS. It had only one key, so I asked if I could get a 2nd and Jerry said they would do it. I never got it (paid $90 to get it elsewhere). They wouldn't even reprogram the radio. I had to get the code from a Honda dealership and do it myself. Not knowing the car had summer tires, the ride was bouncy. I went back and inquired about that issue as well as the engine light, which was coming on. I asked if I could get an alignment done as the car was swaying. Jerry said "yes, we can do that". A lot of their work is sourced out. He pointed down Lawrence Ave. East. But sadly, that never materialized. He never mentioned the summer tires. A nearby auto shop came up in a conversation between Kevin and I, and he trash talked the place to me. When I asked one of the mechanics where they take the cars for an alignment, he pointed in the other direction and told me they used the same auto shop that Kevin just trash talked. The same mechanic came out with his oxygen sensor to determine the engine light issue. He said it was likely a minor issue, and Jerry said that too.....knowing full well that there was a huge issue. I took it to MY mechanic, and using his sensor, he said "it's toast, there is no minor issue here, you need a new catalytic converter".A bad catalytic converter like mine, wouldn't pass an emissions test. They must have a deal with a local business to illegally pass vehicles. Warranty knew this all along, however they did fix it at a cost of $450, cha-ching! Prior to this, Kevin said all the car needs is a brake job, which they did as part of the safety. The brakes squealed like hell. Kevin said "you got a $900 brake job, give it time to settle". I'm sorry, but when you get a proper brake job, they are not supposed to squeak!! Again I went back, Jerry said they'd redo the back pads. The squealing stopped, however when I took my car in Dec 2018 to my mechanic, he said one of the pads was down to a thread. He said low quality parts were used. So I went back to Warranty and they replaced the pad for $67. Jan 2019, I was having a tough time in the snow. Thought these were all season tires, but as I mentioned, they were summer tires! They never said a damn thing!
Cha-ching, I paid $1000 for proper tires at my mechanic. Recently I took the car in for a tune up at my mechanic. He said you need new spark plugs, a steering, tranny and coolant flush. He said there is NO WAY these were done when I purchased the car, like Kevin said they would be. Cha-ching, $600. My mechanic said the plugs were a weird shade of black and the fluids were maybe changed 100,000 km's ago. For an entire year I was driving with dirty, old fluids. Likely the oil change I requested, wasn't done either. I had one of the worst experiences buying a vehicle from this dishonest establishment. They are not transparent and will LIE, LIE, LIE to you. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place. However if you are desperate and want a car from these dishonest people take the car to a reputable and honest mechanic for a
thorough inspection

Having purchased 2 cars at this Used Auto Dealer I'd still purchase another with a sad I'm now so far away I'd still like to make a trip into the city specially to obtain a 2nd car and or replacement of my current vehicle at Warranty Auto. Both Kevin and Jerry are commendable in their service aspects and customer detail. Flexible honest direct and compliant with needs to making any car purchase at this location a guarantee success and customer attachment to this established car dealership. I'm leery for trying other used dealers in knowing of their quality to support and backing their work at Warranty Auto. All hopes this provides a new future customer searching a commendable worth to trying them out. They are very respectable.

I am so impressed by how I was treated at this dealership. I don't usually write reviews unless I feel a company really deserves it - and these guys do. I feel they do care for serving each customer based on their individual needs. I didn't feel pressured or forced into getting something I couldn't afford. They had me spend all day and it was great laughs! I have never felt so welcome and at home at an auto place in my life! Woohoo! It also helps that they answer the phone and charge so reasonably for maintenance work. Always going to keep coming back here :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I created an account to write a review about this wonderful company because you ought to know how spectacular they are. I was anxious when it came to making decisions on getting a car with my husband. We were new to the neighborhood and this was our first time getting a vehicle together. It was stressful for us because we had visited a few other dealers without luck in having all our questions answered. But Warranty Auto truly solved our problems. Their manager Kevin answered all our questions and didn't push us to purchase right away. We felt very comfortable because of the level of professionalism and customer service. Our vehicle works very well and is in great condition I have to add! It would not have been a smooth experience if went elsewhere based on the fact that we had some personal obstacles. Jerry - the owner of Warranty Auto - is absolutely fantastic. He really took the time to help me choose my car wisely. The staff were also very helpful in answering my questions after purchasing. Other dealers that I've dealt with were horrible. No one compares to this business! I highly recommend it - even if you want any kind of repair done - they do it all and they take great pride in their work :)

I was looking to buy my first car and a friend told me to check out warranty auto sales so I went bye looking around the lot I was approached by a very friendly sales man . He help me look around the lot for something I liked we took it for a test drive he was very helpful about the whole process and made it so easy I'd recommend this place to everyone one I will for sure buy my next car there

I got into an accident with my Subaru and chose Warranty Auto Sales for help based on their reviews and word of mouth. Indeed they were very thorough in their assessment and took their time with the insurance appraiser. They were very transparent with all the work and I received updates from their manager regularly. When I finally got the car back, I could not believe that it was just in an accident. They ordered all original parts and provided a guarantee should anything go wrong after, which they have been good on their word for with no arguments. I went back last week to have a dent fixed and their service and accommodation was consistent with my last experience. For what could have added to the already stressful situation of being in an accident, getting the car fixed did not add to it at all and I had a very good experience. I highly recommend them because of their excellent work as well as their customer service and timing.

I had purchased my car a few months ago before I heard about Warranty Auto Sales. I’m usually hesitant to bring my car anywhere other than the dealership but, because of what happened to my car, I just had to find a well reputed auto repair place and Warranty was recommended by two of my friends. When I went there a gentleman named Jerry greeted me. He looked at the damage, explained the process of what would happen, how long it would take, how they would take care of everything for me in terms of submitting the claim on my behalf and dealing with the insurance company. When my car was finally ready I didn't even recognize it at first because they did such a fantastic job with matching the color and replacing the damaged area! All staff members were friendly, professional and polite. Above all, the entire process was seamless and I am very impressed. Horrible ! Notice no reviews of this place available? Paid $8000 for a vehicle from them that needed $4500 in repairs! Leaking gas tank and lines, exhaust, fans, belts, wheel bearings you name it. Not road worthy. Bought from them trusting warranty they would fix. They never fixed anything!
