I wouldn’t recommend ANYBODY purchasing a car from this dealership. The service I received is TERRIBLE and I am only seeing it now. I had went here to purchase my first vehicle back in September, which was a 2016 BMW 228i xDrive. When I test drove the car there was a whistling coming from the right Side, I returned the car to the dealer ship and notified one of the dealers named Brian. He has assured me that upon taking the car into service that the sound would be taken care of and it was no issue so I went alone with the purchase trusting his word. A week later the car was brought to the dealer ship for me to pick up, the sound was gone! So I felt confident in my purchase. Within 48 hours the sound had returned and I was furious so instead of driving all the way back to Kitchener seeing how I live in Toronto I brought the car to BMW mind you the car is only at 30,000km so still under warranty. Upon doing so I was told that my issue was a brake issue so I figured it’s okay maybe I can deal with this myself so I went out of my way to purchase new brakes and pads paid for them to get installed everything. The sound never went away so I waited a few weeks before going back to BMW again and when I finally did wow, they mapped out a world of damage the car has that was not at all brought to my knowledge upon purchase, from a damaged brake shield, damaged shoe brake, damaged wheel bearing, sprayed parts that don’t belong under the car etc, the list goes on. Now the issue is the car was sent back to BMW for one week prior to me owning it so this is all information that Theo motors was aware of but chose to hide from me. So now I’m stuck in a finance option with a car that probably won’t last me much longer and this is all due to being lied to upon purchasing my vehicle. I’d never ever recommend anybody purchasing a vehicle from this place.

Just picked up my new 2013 BMW 328XI and I'm loving it. Damien was very professional and never pressured me at any point. A week after picking up the vehicle my one tire was loosing air pressure so I called their service department and spoke to Eddie who told me to bring the BMW in, he fixed the problem at no charge.

My wife and I saw a vehicle on Auto Trader and decided to go look at it, we thought that there had to be something wrong with the vehicle as it looked too good to be true. Turns out it wasn't, I thought I was going to be able to get some money off the price but they didn't move at all which I was a little disappointed about but the vehicle was already well priced so it wasn't that bad. The salesman Damien was very professional and had a very relaxed no pressure attitude, thank you.

When I went to pick up the car there was some marks on the vehicle that I quickly pointed out and Damien had one of his detailers come up and fix the touch ups, so no harm no foul.

I'd recommend Theo Motors to my family and friends any day of the week, and will certainly buy again from them. Thanks Damien and the staff at Theos for a pleasant experience.

I was pleased to say I "was" happy with my purchase from this dealership at first.
However, as time went on I came to realisation that he sold me a faulty vehicle. LIED about the Bose system, after markets that were in the vehicle AND scammed the emissions test. A week after leaving the dealership my CEL starting come on because the car was not fully equipped and missing an important piece. He child drove the sh*t out of the car AND the f*cking car was worth double the amount he is selling them for now....the SOB is lucky I did not take legal action... the car WAS AND IS NOT WHAT WAS SAID TO BE
****OH LET'S NOT FORGET THE FACT HE PAINTS THE CALIPERS AND CAUSES MORE DAMAGE.

The experience started out good, however promises made not delivered. Make sure to read your paperwork before signing. Don't bother with the addons, as you can get them elsewhere for a much lower cost, especially when those costs are rolled into the payments and your paying interest on them.

We have purchased two cars from this used car dealership. The cars were as advertised, the owner Raj was knowledgeable and patient. Pretty good experience both times, and we still own both cars after several years

My experience with Theo Motors was a positive one. I was concerned about purchasing another used vehicle but the staff went out of their way to make it as easy and painless as possible. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and patient and at no time did I feel pressured. I will recommend Theo Motors to anyone looking at purchasing a used vehicle. Supprize watch out for the add on after purchse. The sale price is good but they add on.driving up the price. After purchase service is hard to get them to do anything. They come across as just like very other dealer.

I just wanted to thank Damien Lorefice and Theo Motors for assisting me with my vehicle purchase. Damien was very patient in the selection process as I wanted to drive 5 vehicles they had on the lot, not once did I feel pressured. Upon selection I was able to drive my car home the next day!

I`ve always bought my vehicles privately...so when I finally decided to go through a dealership I had mixed feelings about it, I felt the prices were inflated at dealerships, but started looking anyway. In my search I came across Theo Motors and its there that I found exactly what I was looking for. Being picky I imagine I wasn`t the easiest to deal with, but upon walking into the dealership I met Amit, and he`s a car buyers dream salesman, he was patient, polite, and knowledgeable about all vehicles, not to mention funny which made my shopping experience that much better. I didn`t have a definitive idea of what I wanted, just knew my price range and that I wanted something sporty...within 20 minutes Amit knew exactly what I wanted and showed me the Mazda 6 I now own. Amazing car and even better price! I`ve had the car for over a year now and anytime I need regular maintenance I go back to Theo Motors, they do my brakes, oil changes, any upgrades I wanted (ex. tinted windows) for great prices and treat me like family everytime I am there! So special thanks to Theo motors and Amit for all the help, I`ll never buy a vehicle from anywhere else....Theo Motors is the only place I trust, and they have proven themselves time and time again. I also have several friends who have since bought vehicles from them and have nothing but great things to say!

Fantastic staff members ,these guys have beautiful cars in their lot, every employee behaves Very nice. Mr.Amit Son of Mr.Raj nakra attitude is so nice .this is the best place to. Buy any automobile vehicle..

I went to Theo Motors as I was referred by a friend to go see Damien because of his exceptional customer service on her car purchase. I was greeted by a well dressed man, which happened to be Damien himself. I was quite surprised and impressed with the professionalism of the dealership, from the way the sales staff were dressed to the way they dealt with my concerns about my car purchase to the finished product when I came to pick up my Mazda3.

Although they didn't negotiate on the price of there vehicle (something I was hoping for) they did everything they promised and I'm more than happy with the experience as a whole.

Concise and courteous

The staff exhibited a no pressure sales approach.

The owner delivered everything that was promised, plus they went above and beyond in attempting to get a couple percentage points shaved off my loan even on the day of delivery.

The cars are as clean as advertised as well
They even did an oil change for me. Quite good for a used car dealer.

Very pleased with the entire process.
