Go here if you want a lemon and then to be shafted out of more money when you go back for a resolution. Friend bought a car and in 6mos the breaks, calipers, transmission all started to fail combined with the existing fuel system problems that were apparently "fixed by our guy"

I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle in 4 years from Stephen Fitzgerald Motors. The vehicle sat at our bussiness for 4 weeks before we went to use it and both batteries were dead. I called Bruce and told him about the batteries and he said we will pick the truck up and they did. When they brought the truck back they had charged the batteries, so I brought the truck to a mechanic and he did a load test on both batteries and he said it shows on his tester that both batteries should be replaced. He also checked the truck over and found the door pins on the driver side of the truck and 2 tires had bad weather cracks that should not have passed safty. I called Bruce up and told him the batteries need to be replaced and he said " the truck starts right " I said yes but if we let it sit for any amount of time we are going to have to charge the batteries every time and the tester said they need to be replaced. When it did't look like he was going to do anything about the batteries I told him about the door pins and tires. He said " TODAY IS TOUR LUCKY DAY WE ARE GOING TO GIVE YOU ALL YOUR MONEY BACK " I said fine and brought the truck back to them. When I walked through the door The owner Stephen was there and I was expecting him to say something like you pay for one battery and we will pay for the other and every body will be happy. But no the first thing he does is humiliate me in front of his staff saying in a raised voice its to bad all used vehicles didn't come with new parts and went on and on. To close maybe I may not be entitled to getting new batteries but being a reapeat customer I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and will never recommend them or ever buy from them again.
