I have nothing but praise for Pele Nunley and his Paul Davis Emergency Services. This past weekend I unfortunately had a water heater malfunction that caused significant damage on the first floor and within the walls of my home. Pele was referred to me and within an hour he arrived at my home. By the end of the evening, my house was habitable. Mr. Nunley had ALL the water removed from the floors a nd carpet and with leading edge technology predicted how long it would take to remove the water from the walls, almost to the hour!. Once set up, he took his time to explain to me how all the equipment was working for my benefit. (I later found from the claims adjuster, his quick response and set up helped save THOUSANDS in residual damage.) However, what we are most grateful for, was his consistent re-assurance to me and my family that EVERYTHING was going to be alright. During these traumatic events, you must lean on the professionals that have been where you are and potentially seen worse, Pele provided the type of service that you can only hope for during these events.

Pele was awesome! He came out and fixed the problem and was very helpful and professional.

Pele and Andre are very professional and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs to have this type of service. They are truly the "people's people" which is very rare in today's world. Thanks to the both of you for taking the time to help me out. :)
