Absolute worst experience of all. Completely regret choosing this storage for my needs. Gate code not working, customer service was of no help and the overall inconvenience is just absurd. The financial hits they have caused me by not being able to access my storage unit because of their rubbish systems not to talk of wasting my time and resources, annoyed is an understatement. This is easily my worst experience as far as paid services go. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, I wish I had.

Great experience at Storage Mart today! Jaz was super helpful and showed us a few options, she made it stress free and easy to rent our first storage locker. Access was great both during hours & after hours. The facilities are clean, bright and feel maintained & safe. We appreciated the 50% off for 3 months promotion. A positive experience. Highly recommend.

Broke into our unit! UNSAFE!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!
We just started rent the unit two weeks before, and already got broke into our storage unit,
The whole units got broke in our floor, and they said THEY CANNOT DO ANY REFUND, which is stupid, because I did not want to rent such an unsecured storage from first place if I knew this was happening occasionally,
They already confirmed it happened 5 TIMES already only for this year alone, which is absolutely unacceptable number
The staff already admitted, the head office of storage mart is not going to do anything to improve the security, but honestly the owner should do something about security, this is scams! compare with U HAUL near by, the security is unbelievably poor
And it's not just about broke in, it's about they did not offer anything form their side even though it is their fault, like no offer to move to different unit until we requested, no offer for refund, not telling us how they are fixing the security issue too,

The unit has nice big space, but they broke into from ceiling and there is only weak wire on ceiling, the door do not have any alarm on too,
Our unit when you take a look in the corner there was a wide open gap that anyone could easily see through. NO real ceiling protection at all.
And after our unit got broke in, we saw our ceiling (different part ) the wire being bent

Yes, U-Haul might be a bit more expensive, but at least you won’t have to worry about your belongings getting stolen.
This place should know how much stress I had, and how much time i spent to move boxes to new storage because of the situation
If you want to welcome the thief to get rid of your trash you should use this storage mart, otherwise Avoid StorageMart at all costs !!

We've rented a locker here 8 years ago and twice this year. Staff have been excellent every time.
Special shout out to Raschin who went out of his way to show me similar lockers without obstructions to maximize locker volume. He clearly explained all the steps and was quick to set up the accounts so I could start moving stuff right away.

I have been at StorageMart for almost a year. It is clean and well managed. The customer service is excellent. Although there are many self storage options nearby, I stay because of the customer service. Jas is exceptional. She is kind, trustworthy, and she goes above and beyond. Thanks Jas! 💗

Excellent customer service ! . Both Ritchie and Jas went above and beyond. They were able to identify what I needed and what I did not. Prior to renting out the space Ritchie gave me a quick tour of the facility just to break down what i would be expecting and the pros and cons between each unit and location. Well done . Will definitely be recommending your facility to other people

AVOID AND RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I've been renting for a couple months and they suddenly just increase my rent without any notification. I called in to ask and they said they send out the invoice 15 days ago and that is the notice. However, on the original contract it says I’m suppose to get a written notice, but the reception lady said their invoice is the only notice and if I don’t agree with it, then I can move out! I asked if I get a refund if I move out mid-month and she said no because they need only allow you to roll over 7 days, but require 15 days move out notice. I guess they don’t care about customer loyalty and just want your money. They can raise the rent anytime and you just have to suck it up and pay or move out!

NOT worth the hassle, and I wished I never gave them a chance. I rented at other storage places that allowed you to move out with 14 days notice with prorated rent based on the move out date.

Very friendly, efficient and simple sign-up process for a new storage locker. Fair pricing. The facilities perfectly suit our needs in terms of accessibility to the locker, and facility cleanliness and security.

I just moved out unit with Storage Mart and have consistently been impressed with the level of service provided by the staff. I now wanted to update my review as I'm totally disappointed by what just happened... went from 5 stars to zero!!
When I wrote this review, I had changed my storage locker to a different one and got a bit of a price break. Now, only 3 months later, they've raised it right back up to what my rate was prior to the move. What a waste of my time and energy. Guess after all these years, it's time to find a new facility because obviously customer loyalty doesn't matter here.

Just recently, Jennifer was amazing in helping me out with moving lockers & getting me the best price possible. The place is always very well kept! Jenny and Jazz were so helpful I really enjoyed everything I experienced today getting storage it's my first storage unit that being said they knew exactly what kind I wanted after asking me a few questions they also asked me for wanted to see it I said no but glad when I finally did after getting the unit spacious safe it has all the security features that require I think I'm going to be here for a while

I had the good fortune of stopping in to check availability on a rental, and Jenny was very accommodating, going through the processes and explaining how everything works. I subsequently rented a storage unit and was moving my stuff in within a couple of hours. Great service and was pleased with the pricing I got on my unit. Definitely recommend!!!

Recently booked a medium size unit on the 4th floor. Good price. Paperwork efficient - albeit the way they describe the costs and 1st month free is unnecessarily confusing. (we elected to do paperwork at the office instead of online as a result - which was fine).

The facility is clean. We've been multiple times over the weekends and evenings. Hasn't been busy. (Daytime may be busier?)

Very easy access. Park outside a wide door, 15' straight shot to two elevators. Lots of trolleys. Office closes earlier, but locker access is available until 10pm every night.

Every unit has a unique inbuilt lock ($29 for keys) - so don't bother bringing your own - you can't use it.

the experience was adequate my only complaint was when the csr on the phone said i had to buy a lock then i go to the storage mart
and make me buy a lock for the storage unit I rented in total almost a $163 so I am buying a lock for 8 and then the lock cost me $22 This company needs better communication with customers and the woman who works in the office in Vancouver could'nt care less im paying more thats my only complaint

I love my experience with StorageMart from the beginning I inquire of the unit prices, since it is my 1st time renting a unit. the customer service is absolutely fabulous! Arunbir (not sure of his name) took his time to show us around, recommend what's best unit base on what we need and explain what we need to know about different units! The cleanliness of the storage units and the place itself is very clean! The price is very reasonable compare to other storage business. I will for sure recommend StorageMart! Keep it up Storage Mart!

The customer service and treatment of this facility is extremely welcoming. It was my first time renting out a storage unit but Jenny made the process really simple for me. With her gentle and friendly nature she made sure to give me the best deals she could and the best experience. Would recommend this place for sure for anyone looking for a storage unit :))

The south Vancouver on Kent delivered a stellar service. They gave us all information necessary, made the follow up on our situation and were amazing with the account paiements. Great service.

Friendly staff took time to show us various storage units to ensure we get the size that will fit all our boxes and belongings. Price was reasonable compare to big storage chains. The site is very clean and well organized. Also they have gated access for customers.

From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Overall process took under 15 min including a tour to your storage. Facility is clean and secure. Cheapest pricing I've found locally.I highly recommend this storage facility!

Friendly check in when we arrived (we had won a storage auction)

The office was clean, organized and nicely lit.

Paperwork was done in a timely manor and we were shown to our locker.

The storage lockers are all easily accessible as they are the Drive up type.

The locker we won had a lot of stuff so we had our work cut out for us.

We got a lot moved out the first night. We were given a time frame as to when we had to be finished.

The only downside was that a lady was moving into our unit and was bringing a large moving van.

We were with the manager when she first called and he told her that we wouldn’t be out for when she wanted to come.,

Somehow she managed to snake her way in as she spoke to another employee (not the manager) and when she arrived, we obviously were not done !

There was a few words exchanged and we finished up.

Overall I would recommend!
