Amazing service from all staff at this location especially the wonderful man that helped me move out today I think his name is Richard. I dealt with the ladies working when I had an issue with my lock & they were all so nice as well. I will only come to this location for storage because of the wonderful human beings working here. I came back to Canada for my citizenship oath ceremony, only to find my car wouldn’t start after sitting idle for over 8 months. I had my own portable jump starter, but it didn’t work. As I was heading out of the facility, Richard at StorageMart kindly gave me a ride to the main gate in his lovely golf cart. On the way, I shared my ordeal with him.

While I was walking back to close my unit and wait for roadside assistance, I saw Richard again — this time with a smile and the words: “I’ve got a gift for you.” I joked, “Another ride to the main gate?” and he said, “Even better, I’ve got a portable jump starter.”

Honestly, I was hesitant to try again after my own device failed, but since he had gone out of his way to help, I figured, why not? And guess what, it worked! My car started!

Richard saved me time, money, and stress on a day that was already so meaningful to me. His kindness and initiative reminded me what Canada is truly about, good people helping each other without expecting anything in return. Thank you, Richard. You're a gem!

Had great experience with glady. She explained the lease very nicely and patiently and in full detail. The unit was very clean, and they took us to the unit before signing the lease just to make sure we are happy with our purchase. Thanks storagemart😊👍

This is the second time I have used StorageMart in the Barlow Trail location. Both times they have been extremely responsive and kind in any issues that I’ve had. I will definitely use them again if I need to in the future!

This place sells you an offer but they don't respect it. Read the clauses in your contract carefully because they change the prices. Also, since it gets dark at 5 pm in winter, my storage had no light and neither did the outside. Terrible place to have a storage room..

Not only was my unit broken into. They have released to me monthly statements before I pay every single month up untill the last, i would have moved and left otherwise. I was waiting to receive my last one. It slipped my mind to call and previously I never was told i signed up for a special amount that ended and when I asked if they increase it as none of this was listed in my lease except can randomly be changed, the lady told me they do slightly. But they jumped my rent up to shocking amount and never did send a notice like they do every single other month. Thats a pretty shady business deal. They told me it increases a bit yes not almost 5x my current cost. Not to mention after the break in it took them a whole month to fix my lock. Avoid this storage place. Very deceiving and unreliable to keep your items safe.

There company called im going to fix the stars to mid because she did make things better. She got me refunded some of my money back due to the mishap she was also very polite and very respectful. Thank you! (Also was the Regonal manager) apologies for forgetting her name.

Absolutely great service today. Same as any other dealings I have had with this location in the past, always reliable and courteous.

I recommend paying with cash. My payment method was charged for an auto-renewal without my consent, despite my having pre-signed the release form. I was charged a total of $392 and some change, and they refused to resolve the issue until I provided a receipt and escalated the matter to their CEO. This went on for 4 months. I was misinformed from the beginning and it set the tone for the rest of the service.

Initially, I had given this business a 5-star rating in May. However, in just five months, they’ve completely mishandled the situation. If employees like Sukhpreet, Melanie Lindstrom, and Farah represent the level of service, I wouldn’t even consider giving them a single star.

There’s a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. Hugely disappointed and I would not recommend this location simply because of the uneducated staff, that lacks common sense and empathy.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting with Farha who was fabulous at helping me secure a storage unit for my business. Such a great experience from start to finish. Thank you for all of your help Farha. You were awesome to deal with! Highly recommend this location.

I would just like to say my day started off a little on the negative side. I showed up at the storage unit at 830 went back home, came back at 930. I was greeted by this nice woman named Farrah. She took her time and made sure I understood everything and everything. RULES ARE RULES. I would recommend Storage Mart just based off that first interaction. THANKS FARRAH you made my end of the week ENJOYABLE and less STRESSFUL.

Sukhpreet was a wonderful agent. Great customer service skill. Very polite and informative. Showed me 2 different units with no problem. Units and area very clean.

The check in process was rather painless and Farah was polite and very helpfull
The 10x10 should do fine for my needs snd was clean and ready to go.
After a few unloads i noticed how easy it was to enter or leave. Laneways are wide enough for maneuvering or passing. So far so good!

I have stored here in the past and came back because of the great facility and amazing customer service. Farha at the desk helped me out when I was transferring from a smaller to a bigger unit during a stressful home move and aI couldn’t be more appreciative. I held my property at storage mart for roughly 4 years. The location was always clean and well secured and never had any issues with payment, security, and access. Very well run location at Barlow and Peigan.
