Feb. 1 was my possession date and the payment went through already, the following day i went to the office to change my unit, coz i didn’t realized i got the inside unit and its inconsistencies for me,
So.. i ask Patt to change it! And we got one available smaller size but i think its good enough for me, then Patt told me, “ you have do it right now and move your stuff to the new one” without explaining that i have to pay again!, so for me she want a double charge?? It doesn’t make sence! Why did she want me to evacuate the old one and move to the new one if i have to pay both unit???
It seems like she doesn’t know what she is doing
Coz when i talking to her while she is working in the computer, she don't want to interrupt her, she always confused, and she stopping me to ask by putting her palm in front of my face, for me thats rude!!

I do not recommend this parking lot, my entire car was smashed with stones there, they do not bear any responsibility for this, they do not cover the insurance, the same as your car will be parked on the street, I do not see the point in paying for parking that does not owe you anything if something happens to your car, moreover, I asked for video from the cameras, they answered that they will provide everything to the police, I asked if other cars were smashed to determine the motive, they said that all the cars nearby were smashed, when I went to the police, the police said that only my car was smashed, and they did not see the video from the cameras, it turns out they lied to me for some unknown reason, I do not recommend

Great employees. Pat and Diane at Saskatoon locations helped me out. They found what I needed in my price range. Highly recommend.

The process of renting the unit was pretty effortless. I had already checked availability on the website, but didn't want to finalize our before going in. Lucky for me, it's open Saturdays.
The helpful and friendly clerk/associate advised me that she wouldn't be able to offer the same price that I saw on the internet, but could book on the internet while she got the process started, so that's what we did.
I rented a space to park my vehicle and left, so can't really speak to the actual experience of having storage there for some time, but will update some day. Seems very secure Ash's well managed.

Great prices, indoor loading/unloading is amazing to have. When ever there's an issue with anything quick to respond thank you Pat on overseeing everything

BEWARE OF RODENTS. We stored household items for 6 months at this facility. We had absolutely NO food source or anything a rodent would be attracted to but yet they arrived. The facility manager apologized but continued to ask about food sources. They were less than helpful. I hope if you use this Storage Mart you don’t mind sharing your unit with rodents.

I had a great experience when I went to Storage Mart for the first time on 3010 11th st west location. I was greeted welcomed and showed around the premises to get a good look at the storage units. I highly recommend this location and I enjoyed talking with the staff member Pat she is wounderful and very helpful with my visit.

I have great service pat was very kind,nice understanding and helpful in her service with me and had good experience in getting what I wanted through the company I definitely recommend storage mart to anyone and everyone who's needing a storage locker for whatever needed had many options with the size locker u need and get access to your locker after hours and have the option to buy a lock with more than one key if needed right on site and provide boxes of all sizes and bag wrap for covering your things for dust and what not. Very great service im grateful that I seen them before anybody else because I got very good price for the first month which helped me out alot. Thank you guys for the awesome service and best price I couldn't of got anywhere else. Keep up the great work i do really appreciate the whole service, help and price all in all. Thank you

The process was made even easier thanks to Pat who was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The facility is organized and it feels very secure - which is very reassuring while leaving ones personal belongings there.

Today I went to StorageMart on 11th street. Met with a very nice lady who greeted us and started assisting us right away. I told her what type of storage I was looking for and it was like she knew what I needed.
She (her name is Diana) went over all fees associated with renting a storage unit. From there she continued to be professional but personable as well.
I went in frustrated but Diana made my experience with Storage Mart much more better.

Having never used a storage locker before, I really appreciated Pat’s helpfulness. I’m not sure what I thought I’d find when it came to the lockers but I was very impressed by the way they were organized, and the whole place was so clean. I left feeling reassured about keeping my belongings there.

Sadly, although the units are nice and clean, there were hidden fees and today my payment was refused because it was in cash. No notification or signage that they are cashless (we would have chosen a different vendor if we had known) and completely illegal to refuse legal tender.

We choose cash because my spouse is almost completely blind and Canadian currency has braille on it. We cannot trust that everyone is honest and does not try to add extra on a debit or credit purchase, as he cannot clearly see it to verify the amount is correct. Cashless is not an accessible option for the visually impaired.

Very easy to book online. Pat helped me set up my unit and was very efficient and friendly. The instructions to get in were explained well and it's definitely worth buying a lock directly from their office. Good location and good hours.
