Couldn't give negative stars... These people are a scam. They trick you in with low prices & first month free. Hah ! During my free month I got an overdue notice. Downhill from there. They are ONLY open during work hours - which makes it hard to change anything or complain. They said i could pay online - sure, but THE ONLY payment method you can do that way is by credit card.
And when you do - you CAN'T make a partial payment because the bill is wrong - it debits the entire "due" amount. Interestingly enough - full payment wasn't enough - 5 days later i was still locked out from my stuff.
Responding to demand payment letters does not work - they never responded - not once. Through all of this they never once called to see if something was wrong. Now they are setting up to sell my stuff. Stay away from these people.

Super friendly and efficient services! The lady (I can't recall her name as it's been a month now) was truly an angel. Knowledgeable and friendly ❤️ I have a friend in Saskatoon checking on my things periodically who let me know that my things are safe and sound even after the last month of storms as well!
Surprisingly great service from Denise. The whole process has been really good and easy. I appreciated being treated as a customer instead of an inconvenience , which was more like my experience at Uhaul .
I had a consistently excellent experience with Diana at Storage Mart, Stonebridge. Every interaction was both pleasant and professional—she took the time to clearly and thoroughly explain the different storage unit options available. She showed me the actual spaces, was transparent about pricing, and made sure I had all the information I needed to make a confident decision. Her communication was top-notch, and I really appreciated her thoughtful, supportive approach—especially helpful during a time of change and transition. Highly recommended!
A big shout out to the ladies that manage 345 Portage ave. In Saskatoon. They go over and above to help us out.
We have rented storage units from this facility for 10 plus years. The facility is very clean and a secure, in all our years we have never had a rodent issue, the maintenance of the facility is great, never a problem with snow removal always removed in a timely matter.
If your looking for a storage facility, I’d definitely recommend this place.

Clean and secure and well managed. The Portage location is impossible to enter with anything longer than a 30 foot truck.
Fine for (very) short term use but not a viable long term solution. Prices increase at least a couple of times a year and they FORCE you to have insurance…which they charge an outrageous price for.
You can have outside insurance but they don’t tell you this unless you specifically inquire. Nor do they notify you that you have to show proof of renewal every year and, instead, just start charging you for theirs…even though you already have your own. It’s a scam.
Also…the lady that runs this one is extremely unpleasant to deal with. Rude, angry and condescending (just read her replies on here and you’ll see what I mean lol). Absolutely would NOT recommend.

The ladies at the front were welcoming and easy to work with. Worked quickly and efficiently to get me a storage unit.
