I had already been storing with Storage Mart Alden Rd for a couple years and I needed to downsize in storage size. I contemplated moving locations. The sales associates, Winter and Jack, made that transition seem-less and hassle-free! They were so courteous and accommodating. The size that was recommended was perfect for me, I am so happy I stayed at this location :)

Great staff at this location in Markham Maybe we got lucky but we found what we were looking for . The place is secure and for us was in our area of business service. They explained us the contract. It is clean and people are nice .

Facility is clean and well lit. Everything from gates, loading bay doors and elevator have worked everytime I have been there. Manager is friendly and helpful.
