Prices are fair. Size of unit is decent. But above all I appreciated the outstanding customer service from Paritosh.
Paritosh was very helpful, and knowledgeable in his work. My complete experience was really nice and hassle free. Highly recommend!!

ā ļø Total scammers. Theyāve raised my rate twice in just two years ā and always without prior notice. The āgreatā rate they lure you in with is completely fake; once youāre locked in, they jack it up. My rate is now 50% higher than when I started. And no, itās not because of inflation (which is only 3ā4% a year) ā itās pure exploitation.
They hide behind fine print and count on customers not fighting back. This is not a trustworthy company. If you value honesty and transparency, stay far, far away.

I recently used StorageMart and was pleasantly surprised by their customer service. From the moment I inquired about unit availability to the final move-in, the staff was consistently helpful, friendly, and professional. They answered all my questions thoroughly and made the rental process smooth and stress-free
My experience so far with Storage mart has been a success Iāve been with them for about 10 months now with no complaints. Everyone working in this store is very helpful but the most helpful employee that I deal with is Parry. Parry I believe is the manager and he does his best to make sure I am dealt with accordingly and in a timely manner. I appreciate everything he has done so far!
The guys made it easy for me to set up a new parking spot for one of my heavy duty trucks. They were kind and polite. They gave me the complete package options. They made my life a lot easier. They showed me new spot. I got a chance to park the big truck in it. Set everything up for me. No problems great guys.
