I found the young lady very personable and courteous. Same go for the elderly gentlemen. The locker was very clean and secure.

Storage Mart in Collingwood has been wonderful to deal with for our storage needs.
Although I haven't been there long, the place is spectacular. Clean, organized, professional, and the staff is both professional and very easy to deal with. If I need storage space in the future, I will have no problem using this place again.😉

I have been using storage units, constantly, for 40 years. Storage Mart was my latest experience and, by far, the best. I presently have 4 units rented, 2 indoor climate controlled and 2 larger units 10x20 and 10x 15 outdoors and they are the cleanest, best monitored, and best staff I have ever experienced thus far. Wayne and Kat are experienced, knowledgeable, helpful and best of all, courteous and wonderful with customers. I will highly recommend storageMart Collingwood to many. I have a hard time with storage places, but I do have to say this was a very clean, bright and welcoming environment. I walked in to smiles on faces and a warm and welcoming, and bright atmosphere. Chantel was especially helpful with answering all my detailed questions with a very positive attitude. She was very informative and was a pleasure to have show me around and explain everything to me. Very welcoming place, and amazing staff, and I highly recommend working and talking with Chantel!

I've been putting off renting a storage unit for months because I dread the process but I decided to stop by Storage Mart in Collingwood last week and within 30 minutes everything was paid for, keys were mine, lock was on the unit and I was out of there.
Chantel was the one helping me and I wasn't sure what size I needed so she took me around and showed me a couple units so I could make my decision! She was so kind and effortless to deal with, she made the entire process quick and easy. She even recommended a couple solutions to save some money. I'm so glad I stopped by and got my unit.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great facility. Rented before left when I didn’t need and was welcomed back with smiles. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for my storage needs.
Had a smaller unit last year and seem to remember a significant increase in price. Fall of 2023 upgraded to larger unit and January saw a 17% increase in price. Corporate strategy appears to be get you to move all your stuff in and jack up the price. Local people running it are nice enough.

So far , so Good. I needed a storage locker quickly and Chantal was able to hook me up with a climate controlled 5 x 5 locker set up rather quickly for an OK price.
Storage lockers are no fun to have to use and they usually come at a tough time in a persons life, so
I appreciate the seamless setup for this unit.
UPDATE
I had this storage unit for about 4 months during my divorce.
The price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay, plus $15.00 for a type of renters insurance that you are required to have if you don't already have it.
The experience was a good one.

My first experience renting a storage unit is excellent with Storage Mart Collingwood. The facility is very clean and modern with great security. The staff is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I expect all will go well here. :-)
