Very easy experience booking and getting set up on site. Ladies in the office are friendly and helpful for answering questions you might have. This place is wonderful: refreshingly clean, spotless, and smells like my grandmother's house after a deep spring cleaning. The lady (Jazz) working the desk was very polite and attentive, and just an overall genuine person. She made sure to inform me of the late fees and penalties, which, for someone with ADHD, I truly appreciate. Jazz helped me pick the right size unit because I initially reserved 2 spots due to not knowing what would best suit my needs, but she was on top of that, and I got a great deal that worked for my budget. I highly recommend this storage facility!
