Honestly overall, the experience was okay. The space was clean, decent size but quite expensive considering i was only supposed to be paying 160 and ended up being hit with 210$ monthly and no, I was not late..

Evan and Jennifer were terrific in assisting with closing and opening our 2 lockers. Pleasant and professional with all the details. Location is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend

Only needed it for a short time (within 30 days) Actually got the month for free, only had to pay the monthly Protection Rate of 34.95 No problem when cancelling!

It's my first time renting here at StorageMart Bell Farm. The Facility is clean and well maintained. Olena and Evan were great, they were very courteous and took the time to explain every part of the renting process. I felt very welcome. As good as the experience was, best price got me here and best price will keep me here.

Since Evan McCormick took over as manager of the Storage Mart facility at 110 Bell Farm Rd in Barrie, there has been a vast improvement in the service I have received. I have been a long time (10 years+) customer of the Bell Farm Road Storage Mart. Prior to Evan's arrival I was extremely disappointed & frustrated with the way I was treated by both the team operating the Bell Farm Road Storage Mart location & with my dealings with the head/corporate office.
While I continue to be extremely unhappy with the massive annual price increases Storage Mart imposes, I am grateful that Evan is helpful & appreciates that I am a valued customer & not just someone to be taken advantage of. I rent the locker at Bell Farm location on behalf of my brother who has mental health challenges & a very limited budget. While I consider the cost of the storage locker to be verging on outrageous & the annual increases to be almost criminal, at least I am no longer treated like I am the problem & for that I will call it a ‘win’ compared to how I was treated in the past. Before Evan arrived on the scene, I was at the end of my rope in terms of dealing with Storage Mart & was about to change to another storage facility. Evan's presence has definitely helped keep my business with Storage Mart at 110 Bell Farm Road and I hope that someone in the head office will recognize his efforts to keep a long term customer as a future (& less grumpy) long term customer.

Extremely clean facility. Very easy to access when needed. Could use a little more lighting and carts to move items in/out. My fault for not reading the whole lease agreement but after 3 months they will change your rental fee.. mine went up 40$. When asked about it, I was told this was typical and I should expect a yearly increase from here as well.
