The sales manager, Lisette, is the kindest and most helpful person I know. she bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and came through with flying colours.

Very clean facility, but that is the only thing that the manager cares about. Terrible customer service skills for a manager. The staff otherwise are pretty great. The manager only cares about her reviews from corporate and doesn't even try to have any customer service skills. A literally direct qoute from her once when she walked all the way across the facility to me at 6pm and then told me to "come back to me tomorrow during business hours she's off the clock". Then why did you bother to come all the way over to me when you seen me pull in the lot??

We got a storage unit one year ago. We have had 2 price increases and now the price is doubled. Absolutely ridiculous!
Asking for five-star reviews at the beginning of the transaction is very smart of them actually, because you forget that you ever gave them a five-star Google review. So many other cheaper options out there. We are already looking into them!

Today i had the absolute pleasure of renting a storage locker from Lisette. I was provided several size options based on how I described my needs, and ultimately ended up taking Lisette's suggestion over the unit I was originally interested in. The rental process was quick and easy, and all of my questions were answered before I had a chance to ask them! The facility itself is very clean and well kept, and I appreciate the security measures they have in place. I'm glad I chose StorageMart for my storage needs!

They offer the "first month free" but in the first 3 months they have raised the price TWICE, almost $30 an month more. Head office was supposed to "get back to me" but never has. They push for a "5 star" when signing up. Funny how that works. Just be prepared for your unit to jump up in price.

I rented heated space inside and it is very clean & nice. The rules seem reasonable, the access is sufficient and the security measures are appropriate. The staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. The only slightly, partially negative thing I can say is that they contacted me a lot from the time of my initial inquiry until I actually started renting.

Storage Mart 1577 Lauzon Rd. One of the cleanest, secure and most organized storage facilities I've seen. They offer multiple storage unit sizes for any of your needs. The multiple entrances and bay doors offers easy access all around the facility. Rented from this location on different occasions staff is always great and ready to answer questions. I recently rented a smaller unit online and everything was ready the same day I went into the facility. Highly recommend.

Rented one and now two units for family items that need to be stored. Manager is always on site during business hours, knows the business and has been very helpful in sorting out credit card or email changes. Close to home, secure access. I would recommend this business for storage.

Recommend looking online/calling for prices because I was able to reserve a special deal and was then able to check it out and follow through with the reservation upon inspection of the unit at the location which is full of lovely people! Very happy with storage mart!

I had an excellent experience with working with Storage Mart. During my visit a technical issue had occurred, their whole staff pitched in together to try and figure out the issue. working well as a team, it's nice to see an environment where everyone has respect for each other and the customer.

Have used them a few times between moves. Great staff. Access hours work for me. Clean facility. They even called me once to advise me that I didnt lock my unit properly.

Lisete was amazing with us. She gave us a tour of the facility, the run down of how things work, and showed us to our unit. She was so friendly, and was so happy to answer any questions we had. I couldn’t recommend this place more. The facilities are super clean and modern. We seriously couldn’t be happier.

I was able to check in on Saturday instead of the following Thursday with no extra charge. Very friendly stuff. Lisete showed me my storage unit and explained everything I need to know. I would highly recommend storage Mart
