Marie-Claude was very friendly, very helpful, we received an exceptional service. I highly recommend this place.
This place is amazing. Super accommodating and great service.
Beware of steep price hikes. I got an attractive intro rate. After 4 months StorageMart raised it 42% with only 30 days’ notice, buried as a red label in my monthly statement email. No separate notice. I negotiated it down to +12%, but they would not refund the month charged at +42%. About 8 months later they raised it another 30%. I saw a similar pattern at another location. I have moved out. Look for places that lock prices in the contract.
GREAT EXPERIENCE !!! Marie-Claude was able to help me during this transition. We all know how long distance moves are a headache but this time all my questions were answered and her guidance was greatly appreciated. For that reason, I will 100% recommend this storage to my friends and family and have them ask for Marie-Claude. The job done right with great customer service.

I can’t say enough about the Storage Mart on Montée Masson in Laval and their team! Marie-Claude and Pierre were SO helpful with getting us a unit in their facility. They were knowledgeable and kind. Marie-Claude was there on the day we moved our belongings into the unit and once again she made sure we were well taken care of. If you need a storage unit, be sure to check out this one, not only will you have in incredible team to help you but you’re also getting a very clean facility.
