Rochelle was great! Made the whole experience fun and enjoyable
In the first 3 months the unit was broken into twice. First time they cut the lock. Second time they broke the latch. They were not able to catch or determine how the people got in. No compensation either
Very pleased, the woman that helped me with my getting my unit situated was such a delight! Very friendly, i would recommend this place based on that alone. :)
So far so good. Manager cheerful, understanding, honest. Facilities acceptable and easy access from major highways.
We had to put our whole house in storage during a buy and sell house time. StorageMart was in the perfect location for us. The rates were the best we found and we checked several places. The day we checked in Rochelle was so cheery, friendly and helpful. She walked me out to our unit and made sure our gate code worked. Told me everything we needed to know to make our situation stress free and easy. I highly recommend StorageMart!!

Careful when paying with CIBC tho, their payment processor doesn't seem to like that banks cards.
