Billie was our third trainer and she is the only one who provided positive AND effective methods. It was like she knew our dog and how to work with him to make him calm and focused. We consider ourselves to be pretty knowledgeable and we did a ton of research, and we never came across the techniques she recommends. We feel so much more confident and comfortable!
