This lot is Empire Auto 🛺! It was a great experience. I have never been good at buying cars. Sam took his time to explain everything better. No information was lost, though the cracks didn't ask the right questions. Sam worked his magic 🎩 ✨️ 💛 and got me into my dream car. I highly recommend 👌 Sam to everyone and anyone who has been car shopping and is ready for their next car 🚗

Their claim of hand picked inventory was a bit far fetched, until I actually had dropped by to look at an Altima they had in stock. This car was the cleanest one I had seen so far and the price was more than fair. I can contest to the quality of their cars now. Handpicked for sure!

Andrew went above and beyond to help me finance my first car! I had the most kind, welcoming experience of my life. I give prime moters 5 stars because they really value there costumers and find the best car to suit your needs. I love my new car and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else except prime moters. Really pleased with my experience. Thanks andrew for everything you have done for me!

They are doing shady business deals. They are not honouring signed contracts and the owner was unresponsive and uncaring ... Had the not my problem attitude and refused to make it right. Unfortunately they know most people won't take them to court so they end up getting away with treating the customer this way. Buyer/Seller beware!

NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE - Prime Motors of London doesn't pay their suppliers. We were a supplier to Prime Motors of London and they did not pay the bill. There are many other loyal car dealerships in London, Ontario to Choose from. Buyer Beware.

Worse con artist ever!!!!!!!!!!!! Put a down payment on a car to hold for the following week. They called a couple days later saying the car had a clutch problem, and that i should pick another car. I thought they were being really sincere but found out after the ordeal they sold the car to another person for a higher amount! They refuse to return my down payment, so they gave me a 20 year old loaner car in the mean time until they had something in stock that i liked. After 1 week driving around in the loaner (spent more gas in that car then i normally do in a month) I had enough and stormed my way in the office until i got my down payment back which I did! My friend that worked for them years later got screwed when they didn't pay his wage, so he quit. Never do business here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BAD.......This place is a joke!!! Bought a car in spring and we have only drove it for 3 weeks cause it was a piece of junk, it is now fall and still no car back. They don't answer phone calls or emails when confronted, they have said they are fixing it, but excuse after excuse, it takes several weeks to find someone to talk to and get answers and it has been other garages doing the work for them (which they have been the only people giving us answers). They sold us a lemon and when asked for money back they have said its not their policy, we have asked several times now. Legal action now.

With bad credit I really don't have much choice of where i can go so I thought I'd try here. They started to right away treat me differently. They advertse 100% approval and after giving them my info They wouldn't return my calls or Emails. Its obvious they can't help me but a straight up answer would have been nice so i wasn't wasting my time !

bought a car here and was told it would be paid out fully after a year when upgrading. What a lie. The only upside is you're building credit but either than that you end back in the poor house. Your car you bought gets appraised and is worth shit and the negative equity goes one your new loan. I would never recommend these sweet talking liars to anyone.

Everyone knows there is a stigma out there when dealing with used car dealers but Mark, Adam and Especially Regan at PRIME MOTORS are a class of their own. They are honest, reliable and very reasonably priced. BIG THANK YOU to Regan for taking the time to help me buy my first new car. It means a lot that you generally care about your customer and it shows. I will defiantly be back when buying my next car. The experience was so enjoyable. Keep up the great work guys

Contacted the guys about a couple of trucks I was interested in, Mark took note of what I needed and preferred, then went out and found me a newer truck with less km's and a great price. Once I said yes, they took care of everything, all I had to do was take receipt of it. The guys (both Mark & Andrew) were friendly and easy to deal with. Highly satisfied with the service and respect I received.

After buying my first jetta that caught on fire because of a faulty turbo system from prime. I still decided to give them a 2nd chance so I bought another car from them and i recently got into a accident and wrote it off now prime is refusing to give us what is left out of our ins check.. So my advise is don't go to prime if u need a car there is lots of places out there ...

Last year I purchased a 2008 Grand Prix form Prime Motors,,,, BEST car I've ever owned,,I love it,
However I'm through my midlife crisis and decided to go for something more stylish and Comfortable.
Mark and Nick from Prime Motors went out of their way to satisfy all my needs, answered all my questions and took care of everything.
I am now the Owner of a Subaru Legacy,,,,,I love this vehicle.

After my experience I have nothing negative to say! I will continue to tell my friends about the great service I received from Prime Motors. Ray was able to get me approved and he helped me find the perfect vehicle to suit my budget and my family! I love that I didn't even have to make the drive to London with my small children and in the process of moving, everything can be done over the phone and brought to your home. Ray came with all the papers and answered all my questions and a few days later I got my van delivered to me! Amazing service, great staff, highly recommend!
