Save yourself the headache of following up with this guy. Called 2 times to get him to finally come out and give an estimate. He finally shows and offers an estimate but seems like he is not really interested in servicing my pool unless I sign an annual contract.
I call him back just to get my pool deep cleaned and ready for summer. I call him and he doesn't even remember who I am or that he came out and gave an estimate. He agrees to the cleaning and "poof" never hear from him again. I follow up one more time and, again, he claims he doesn't remember talking to me or that he had me text him my address so he could come out the next day.
As many pool companies as there are you would think this guy would care more about customer service. I suggest you either call someone else or buy a pool robot and do it yourself because this cat definitely is not worth the money.
