I was thankful for the weekend response to dry out my garage after a broken water pipe.

These folks came to my house within one hour of calling and set up clean up operations within two hours after that. They were highly professional, clean, and efficient. When the job scope expanded beyond what they originally thought it would be they did not use it as an opportunity to increase my bill. I will use them again should another emergency come up.

VERY GOOD HONEST PEOPLE

At times when a property crisis happens you want folks to assist in that restoration process who actually make the experience painless and not add another layer to the already tense situation. The folks at Restoration 1 are that breed of service and consideration. They arrived at my property to remedy the results of a ruptured water pipe which dumped about three feet of water under the house in the furnace area. They were prompt, courteous and very attentive to every detail. The representative, Alfredo was a delight to work with despite the rather un delightful circumstances. I would recommend them highly.

I called these guys after we had a plumbing SNAFU. I won't go into too much detail except to say that it involved a toilet and water leaking into our garage. I called these guys up and they showed up pronto. They were easy to deal with and got everything fixed up in a hurry. I would use again... though I hope I never have to ;)
