Brandon and Perry found the exact car I was looking for! They went beyond my requirements. I would highly recommend purchasing your next car from them!

I am writing to contribute to the other reviews on this website about the sleazy business that is going on between the owner Perry Little, his son Brandon, and the stupid blonde doing the books in the back room. I purchased what was a next to new vehicle with the promise of it being in perfect working order.......and to be sure it remained perfect - all of my maintenance should be done by Corey Ryan at Brock Ford where I could get a great deal because he knew my vehicle thoroughly......those were the exact words from Sarah Foster who is the finance/book keeper/trashy blonde in the back room. Within the first month I had my new vehicle in to see Corey Ryan at Brock ford more times than I should have......and it was because every time I left there I seemed to have some new problem or issue that should have been found at the previous visit. Once you leave the lot at Little Brothers you are made to believe that Corey at Brock will take great care of you!! I think that Corey, Perry, Brandon, and Sarah Foster are taking care of themselves with some kick back because there seems to be a pattern with people that buy from this car lot and end up spending all of their time at Brock ford! This has turned out to be just another sleazy car salesman with dishonest tactics and is handing it all down to his son to carry on the lies....and its all topped off with the dumb girl in the office who "does the books"! I regret ever purchasing from this guy and I suggest you stay away from both Little Brothers and Brock Ford!!

Purchased a 2008 Jeep Patriot with 69 000km approx. 6 weeks ago. The folks at Little Brothers were great to deal with; they used a Brock Ford mechanic Cory Ryan exclusively to do all work/safeties on vehicles sold. They actually recommend him as an excellent mechanic and give you his contact details once you leave with your new wheels in the even you wish to use him in future.
3 weeks after purchase my alternator malfunctioned; I took to my mechanic to have resolved as I fully accept that this would be my responsibility and not that of the dealer nor is involved with the safety inspection. While in for this repair my mechanic noticed that front ball joints were in very poor condition; he queried when the vehicle had been safetied. His recommendation was to notify the dealer of his findings, which I did that day.
Little Brothers Car Sales set up for me to return the vehicle to Cory Ryan at Brock Ford to have ball joints replaced at no cost to me. I was content with this as I was receiving what had been missed during the safety inspection; none of us are perfect and mistakes happen. The ball joints and lower control arms had been replaced; I was on my way. It took only a couple of km's of driving to notice something wasn't quite right, the vehicle has loose and erratic steering, with appointments to keep I cautiously went about my day. During my drive home at days' end I was pulled off the roadway to shoulder while trying to navigate being pulled very abruptly due to wet road conditions. I realized, there is something very wrong and I was not safe driving this vehicle.
Next day I had the vehicle floated to my mechanic as I have lost confidence in the mechanic Cory Ryan of Brock Ford. I asked my mechanic to do a complete safety inspection of my newly purchased vehicle, notified Brandon of Little Brothers and also, attempted to contact anyone besides Cory Ryan at Brock Ford to discuss this situation. I spoke with a Brock Ford Service Rep by the name of Tina who refused to discuss nor transfer me to anyone besides Cory Ryan. When I offered a brief explanation of the situation, to Tina I stated "I have been advised I have the option to contact MTO if I feel the safety of the vehicle was not up to par, however I would rather attempt to sort the situation with Brock Ford.” She replied in a very low voice "that would be reasonable to call the ministry, it is you choice." I find that comment odd coming from a Service Rep from an organization the size of Brock Ford. Tina did indeed transfer my call to Cory Ryan against my request to speak to manager. Cory stated that he indeed did replace what had been agreed upon; I queried if a front end alignment was completed after said work. Cory Ryan states that a front end alignment is only required if tyrods are replaced, other front end work should be fine without. This idea goes against every skilled mechanics advice; I asked a handful of mechanics while speaking with Cory Ryan as I hold a clerical position working in Fleet Maintenance locally.

My personal mechanics list of items that need to be addressed with a vehicle I have now owned for 5+ weeks; alignment, rear heat shield laying on exhaust, rear shoes/drums (descaling required ++ to remove drum from hub, not done during safety), rear bushings as much play in rear end of vehicle and premature wear on my new tires due to driving without alignment being completed.

I discussed what is required to resolve safety issue with Brandon of Little Brothers. I also queried why only Cory Ryan of Brock Ford is being used for all vehicles of Little Brothers Used Cars. Safety checks not being properly completed? Happy customers?? Is this indeed what Little Brothers is about?? Brandon wanted the evening to discuss with his father Perry what would be done about this situation. Next day, Brandon offered to purchase and supply me with brake parts so I could have required work completed by my mechanic as I have refused to allow Cory Ryan to work on my vehicle. Why not another mechanic at Brock Ford?? Why not offer to pay my mechanic for said work?? Why not being accountable for more that brake parts?? I refused what was offered; I have decided to have my vehicle repaired properly at my mechanic garage as I am hoping to regain some of the joy/confidence I had for my new to me vehicle.

In closing, I am considering who to notify about this situation, MTO? UCDA?? What will I gain by this?? I certainly did search for as much information as I could about Little Brothers Car Sales and Jeep Patriot before I jumped into purchasing this vehicle. Safety checks are supposed to be standard tests, I suppose for the right price you can have a mechanic turn a blind eye; even a mechanic of a large dealership being Brock Ford. Word of mouth can be powerful, this is why I share my experience with you, if I make one person think twice about borrowing hard earned monies to deal with either Little Brothers Car Sales or Brock Ford then that is a win!

Happy shopping,

Unhappy Customer

Purchased a car here--very untrustworthy people. After a few days it made severe noises. Took it back to them and they said they had it fixed. Again it made the same noise. I asked for a refund and was told that since it was a used car...basically that "so what"...and in the end "to have a nice day".
